Das Portrait Pictures

Das Portrait recently opened at the Bregenzer Festspeil in Austria to an amazing reception from both audience and critics.


The Straubinger Tagblatt called the video "technically and dramatically captivating" while the Austrian Press Agency described our work as "magical video projections" and the Telegraph simply said "stunning lighting and video effects".


The show will transfer to Kaiserslautern in Germany in December.  A selection of pictures below.

Filling in the Blanks

As you can see it has been a very long time since I posted anything on this blog.  In fact, I had forgotten its existence until very recently when it was unearthed by a colleague.  To be honest with you I had almost forgotten blogs exist. What made me drop it in the first place I can only guess, 2011 is so far back in time the blog actually serves as a useful reminder of what I was up to back then. What makes me what to pick it up again 8 years later is the thought that it might be a good idea to provide a point of reflection on my on my medium that changes just as soon as I think I have figured it out and to look at the entertainment industry through a wider lens providing a space to discuss its trials and triumphs and for others to comment and discuss. Lets see how it goes!
